Significant Mold Damage in a Gorman House

Mold can quickly become a destructive force in a Gorman home if it is not addressed promptly. The removal of the mold-infested drywall in the Before Photo was the only option. There was no chance to restore rather than to replace in this instance. The demolition by our North Durham AMRT technicians was carefully done following protocols of HEPA filtered devices to limit the spread of mold particles and spores. The next photo illustrates the stripped out area ready for the final step in mold remediation--spraying an antifungal agent to suppress any new mold growth from still lingering spores. Cleaned and ready, this room will make our customer feel "Like it never even happened.
